Our Story
The journey began long before the first case existed — in studios, on stages, inside flight bags, and in the chaos of constant travel.
After years working closely with DJs and producers, one thing became obvious: the gear kept getting better, but the way it was transported hadn’t caught up. Expensive controllers, mixers and players were still traveling in improvised solutions, soft bags, or heavy flight cases that felt more like road crew equipment than tools for modern creators.
That gap sparked the idea behind Pitchcases.
The goal was simple: create protection that actually fits the way DJs and producers move today. Lightweight, durable, clean-looking cases that protect gear from real life — flights, cars, backpacks, gigs, studios and last-minute sessions.
Every detail was shaped by real use: the weight, the materials, the fit, the way the case opens, and the way it travels. Built to protect gear without slowing creativity down.
What started as a small project quickly gained attention. Over time, thousands of artists around the world adopted Pitchcases — not because of marketing hype, but because they simply work.
Shipping & Costs
We offer domestic and international shipping.
Shipping costs depend on the destination, order size and selected delivery method. All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
For remote or hard-to-reach locations, the final shipping fee may differ from the initial quotation. In such cases, the customer will always be contacted to approve any adjustment before shipment.
DDP Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid)
Whenever the destination country allows it, we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping methods.
This means that, when available, import taxes, duties and customs fees are prepaid, reducing unexpected costs upon delivery.
In countries where DDP is not available, shipments are handled under standard international conditions and any customs charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs, Taxes & Responsibilities
- International orders may be subject to local taxes or import duties.
- These charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
- We have no control over customs clearance times.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported into their country.
Returns & Warranty
Due to the nature of international shipping, returns are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.
That said, we firmly stand behind the quality of our products. Every Pitchcases product is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.
If an issue is valid and not caused by misuse, we will always help the customer. We will resolve the situation by sending a replacement product in perfect working condition.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To request warranty assistance, customers must contact our support team and provide proof of purchase along with a description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to speed up the process.
Our goal is simple: if the issue is real and fair, we take responsibility and make it right.
Tracking & Support
Once the order is shipped, customers receive a tracking number to follow the delivery in real time.
